An orgmode interface to the RT ticketing system, this is currently working but very roughly, plenty of work to do, and bugs to squash.
Personally I use it at work, so it should be fine, but your millage may vary.
It's essentially a way of automatically managing RT tickets in orgmode, with a very basic one way sync (currently)
Changes made in orgmode are synced (hopefully automatically) to the remote RT ticket. New RT tickets are created, but they are not updated from RT again.

Some specific exceptions
I could not find a way to submit an HTML ticket description upon creation for
RT, thus all tickets will be created with a plaintext description even when
org-rt-note-export-html is non-nil
Changes made in orgmode are synced to RT but the same is not true in reverse currently. Changes made in orgmode are also only synced when done through a command or they trigger a hook.
