Since release of python-packaging 23.0, I face this error on running python setup.py install in 1.31:

This is building of AUR package (I use arch btw :)), and is happening every night to make sure it can get built correctly.
The exact command which gets run is: PYTHONHASHSEED=0 python setup.py install --root="$pkgdir" --optimize=1
