What we're after:
As a user of legal resources, I need to access the latest policy and guidance items approved by the FEC.

Completion criteria

• Policy page is updated to move these items from "Proposals" to the area Policy Statement area - Statement of Policy Regarding the Notification of Respondents in Matters Under Review Remanded From a Challenge Pursuant to 52 U.S.C. § 30109(a)(8)
• Ask OGC if this will go into the Guidance Search
• FR notice posted once available (Not posted in SERs) (Will depend on OG's answer)
