Skip missing

The plugin needs a skip property to match most other Maven plugins. There doesn't currently seem to be a way of dynamically skipping its execution.

Hi @kpepper, you should ask to @federkasten who is the owner of this repo... I've simply posted a pull request, just to contribute to a project that I'm using!
