As discussed in #3517, pyp2spec nowadays expectes PEP 625 formatted tarballs, e.g. no dashes are allowed in the distribution (package name) in the generated tarabll, copr-cli-2.0.tar.gz is thus wrong. This is breaking our beaker tests (we are self-testing on copr-cli).

We should check (and eventually fix) all the pacakges we are releasing to to pypi.
