Add contributors file?

Should we include a list of contributors and replace my name in the copyright header with something like FreeIPA FAS Contributors?

The current list of contributors in alphabetical order is:

* Christian Heimes
* Michael Scherer
* Rick Elrod
* Ryan Lerch
* Stephen Coady

One question though... would it be okay if we use a GitHub action to update the contributors file whenever there's a new contributor? I can give it a try if you'd love me to.
