설치 후 스크립트를 돌리고 출력은 다시 LocalSettings.php에 추가해야 하는 것 같습니다.

php /srv/femiwiki.com/extensions/WikibaseQualityConstraints/maintenance/ImportConstraintEntities.php > "$HOME/tmp.txt"
maintenance/runJobs.php
php maintenance/runScript.php extensions/WikibaseQualityConstraints/maintenance/ImportConstraintStatements.php

$HOME/tmp.txt은 LocalSettings.php에 추가하고 여기다가도 게시하겠습니다

로컬위키에서 해 봤을 때 https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P407#constraints 처럼 제약 조건 섹션이 따로 만들어지지 않고 제약이 걸리는 것 같지도 않아 보입니다. 설정법을 더 숙지해볼 필요가 있습니다.
