css 没有合并在一起 #98

使用packager进行pack css全部合成一个，当某个html，打包前如果使用了多个打包前的css，打包后，只有把第一个单独的css替换成合并后的css，后面的单独的link标签依然存在，没有被识别出来，并被删除掉

通过分析文件生成map发现,如果这个css是被用fis插件scss编译的，就不会被放到同个pkg下面，然后就不能被合并在一起，如果这个css提前编译好，则不会出现这个问题，ps:调整scss插件位置也没用
