Can't parse when an attribute's name contains namespace prefix.

e.g.

[global::SomeAttributeWithParameters(MyName = "Foo", 28, Framework.Blah, typeof(BlahBlah))]

I guess some tiny modification in RegExHelper.ts would resolve it. I'm not sure where would you like to store "global" in the data structure produced by the parser, otherwise I would be happy to create a PR.
