After stopping NgrokService, cannot restart. #62

Hi.

It is very cool that Ngrok can be integrated into an application so easily.

I have one request.
I want to restart NgrokService after stopping it.

The default DI configuration is singleton, so it seems the only way is to restart the application.
Or am I not using it well?
