Copying charm notification steals focus #574

Describe the bug
When copying in Evernote it steals focus from the program making it impossible to continue tying until the charm is shown and goes away.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Evernote
  2. Copy something from a note while editing
  3. Try to continue typing while the charm is shown

Expected behavior
Able to copy without losing focus, so that typing and editing can continue

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Evernote

One solution could be to use windows' built in toast notifications instead.
Might not be as pretty, and i absolutely think we should try and fix the current one first, but wanted to throw in a fallback solution / possible quick temp fix. As this is pretty annoying :)
