I even tried to flash a trunk image for the NS M XW to the AG-HP-5G. The bootloader let me flash the firmware via tftp and didn't complain (you'll have to rename it eg. to XW.v6.0.OpenWrt.release.14.07.20141002). However, I only saw DHCP requests on the ethernet interface, so it's probably configured as a WAN interface.
There are two versions of the Ubiquiti Airgrid M5 HP:
