This PR makes the following changes:
assign it to the variable ces_dat should be assign it to the object ces_dat
Asthma and PM2.5 don't need quotes in the ggplot code
should we add some explanation about functions without inputs? (This explanation should be checked, as it could be confusing or out-of-scope)
