Load test event recorder write path

Run a basic load test on event recorder in dev using k6. The script should stress the event write path at POST to /v1/retrieval-events by generating batches of random events with sizes:

• 1
• 10
• 100

Total hit rates per minute to experiment with:

• 1K
• 10K
• 100K
