StorageDealError with "failed to look up deal on chain". How to recover?

I have a PublishStorageDeals message on chain with 16 deals.

Lotus moved 12 to StorageDealError with errors similar to this:

error awaiting deal pre-commit: failed to set up called handler: called check error (h: 575565): failed to look up deal on chain: looking for publish deal message bafy2bzacebiosvyex2z35q3i3djbvgemmya5dnn3iyynmbpt2t3b4rqf3pz4e: search msg failed: checking for message execution during lookback: amt load: failed to root: blockstore: block not found

I think that perhaps the lotus daemon wasn't in sync or was on an orphan branch for a moment and for whatever reason lotus-miner couldn't see the PublishStorageDeals message.

It seems that this should be recoverable. Is there a way to tell lotus to re-check?
