Offer x64/arm64/universal binaries for macOS #1435

I noticed that several projects (e.g. VSCode and Zed Editor) offer multiple download options for macOS users:

A universal binary combining both architectures - good for non-technical folks
x64 and amd64 binaries for people who want to optimize for download size (including future upgrades)

It would be nice to offer these options for Station too. Station's universal binary has 320 MB, while Linux/Windows binaries have only 150-200 MB.
