Nudge users to enable "start at login" on the first run

When users install Station Desktop for the first time and go through the onboarding wizard, we should ask them if they would like to enable "Start at login" feature to maximise their earnings.

Many users are not aware of how to enable this via our menu or OS-specific features.

I agree it's too intrusive.

However, I think it's ok to offer a screen with a checkbox that's enabled by default. I.e. implement opt-out instead of opt-in.
