Most @google-cloud libraries have been migrated to google-auth-library v9 (see: https://github.com/search?q=org%3Agoogleapis+google-auth-library+to+v9&type=pullrequests). Upgrading this repo to @google-cloud/storage 7+ would unblock downstream projects that needs google-auth-library to be in the same version across all deps / sub-deps.
TL;DR: merge #2368 and release firebase-admin-node
Thank you

I found a few problems with this issue:

  • I couldn't figure out how to label this issue, so I've labeled it for a human to triage. Hang tight.
  • This issue does not seem to follow the issue template. Make sure you provide all the required information.

Should be fixed by #2303
However, @google-cloud/storage v7 contains breaking changes. We will include the upgrade in the upcoming major release.
