Based on building locally, this looks fixable by #11706.

I locally checked out the grpc-ios repo, and reproduced the failure on the v1.50.1 tag. I then checked out v1.57.0 and could build successfully.

So should the new tests be disabled until #11706 merges? It looks like it has a ways to go to resolve CocoaPods and cmake build issues. cc: @wu-hui Or maybe #11783 should be reverted on master and merged into the #11706 branch?

I'll send a PR to disable them on master, then we can re-enable them in or after @wu-hui's #11706
