Describe the bug
The "This machine is connected to a network" warning is shown when using the recovery utility in Tails, even in offline mode

To Reproduce

Boot Tails in "offline mode"
Move the recovery utility appimage to Tails and make it executable
Run the recovery utility, select "use the Recovery Utility"

Expected behavior
The Recovery Utility does not show the warning "This machine is connected to a network"

Thanks for reporting this!
The utility is currently not supported on Tails OS.
We will investigate it and share updates once we have them.
