catalog - Support inline JQ

where catalog is a function that takes:

• catalog id / Config Item / JSON of config item / resource selector query
• a traversal path that supports
  • Kubernetes::GitRepository or -->Kubernetes::GitRepository (incoming)
  • <--Kubernetes::GitRepository (outgoing)
  • <-->Kubernetes::GitRepository (both)
  • $. JQ path

And returns null or the config item or the string
