As described, using the send document menu option in LibreOffice with the Thunderbird flatpak will open an email, but fail to actually attach the attachment. I believe this would be the fault of the Thunderbird flatpak as I've used the feature in the past on non flatpak Thunderbird versions with no problem. I'm using the following setup:
CentOS 8 Stream
LibreOffice 6.4.7.2 (repo install)
Thunderbird 91.5.1 (flatpak)
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
Please set filesystem=home to true. This should enable attaching files to emails.
[filesystem] Enable All system files by default
Another option may needs to be set to enable files to be attached from USB sticks. Should All system files be enabled, i.e. please set filesystem=host to true?
