Duplication issue with Level1 list

Good day!
Got duplication issues with Level1 list that I got from https://blocklister.gefoo.org/level1
There is two rows that duped, maybe more:
add address="4.20.198.16-4.20.198.23" list="level1_list" comment="Level1"
add address="4.20.198.16-4.20.198.23" list="level1_list" comment="Level1"

Mikrotik stops the job at those with the following error: "script error: failure: already have such entry"

So, can you fix this at the server side?
