Document differences in M1 vs. Intel Mac tables in osquery docs

Problem

Some tables work on intel macs but do not work on M1 macs. The following tables return content for Intel macs but no content for M1 macs:

• acpi_tables
• SMBIOS tables (community: All SMBIOS based tables do not work under Apple Silicon osquery/osquery#7588)
  • memory_array_mapped_addresses
  • memory_arrays
  • memory_devices
  • memory_device_mapped_addresses
  • memory_error_info
  • oem_strings
  • smbios_tables
• kernel_info (community: platform_info and kernel_info tables empty on Apple Silicon osquery/osquery#7481)
• platform_info (community: platform_info and kernel_info tables empty on Apple Silicon osquery/osquery#7481)
• system_info (community: System_info table broken results on apple silicon m1 osquery/osquery#7053)

Other tables appear to work on M1 macs, but are subtly failing, by returning nonsense data. They are:

• fan_speed_sensors
• temperature_sensors (community mention: temperature_sensors table misreports values on Apple Silicon osquery/osquery#7627)
• battery (community: Battery table misreports on apple silicon m1 machines osquery/osquery#6800)

Solution

• osquery table spec file should allow for notes section generated into json #7241
• osquery-site renders markdown-friendly "notes" section #7242
• Identify and document differences between M1 and intel mac table outputs #7243
