We need to establish QPS and latency profiles across different machine configurations with varying CPU:memory ratios, IOPS and OS variants.

Any problems discovered during the benchmarking process must be reported as separate issues.

Goals of this issue:

Establish desired machine configurations.
Determine the QPS and latency profiles for each of these configurations.
Establish values for the various timeouts within DKV.

Completed YCSB benchmarks for replicas. The results are compiled here.
