Hi,

  • I just got the FZ and bought a Samsung 128Gb mSD card. The card is formatted FAT.
  • As the subject states, I'm trying to update to 0.100.3.
  • I insert the mSD card and it says right away to go to flipp.dev/upd, so I do.
  • I have the qFlipper executable for my Linux system running Ubuntu.
  • I've tried numerous ways to update the firmware, but nothing seems to work. Using FZ-supplied USB cable, etc.
  • I recently bought a new Sandisk 128Gb mSD card, so I'll try that, but right now this is very frustrating.
  • Latest log is attached.

Thank you, Jim

I was not able to reproduce the problem.

  1. Have you installed the udev rules? If not, please run ./qFlipper-x86_64-1.3.3.AppImage rules install in the terminal. (The log does not seem to have any permission errors, so this one is just in case).
  2. If you have already done the above step and it still does not work, try another SD card. Make sure it's a genuine one - many conuterfeit cards have been known to have issues working properly with Flipper Zero.
  3. If the problem persists and you are sure that the SD card is genuine, then please submit a report to the support for further help.
