This plugin uses another plugin which has been removed and isn't safe to use.
https://github.com/floatinghotpot/cordova-extension#readme

but when you install cordova-plugin-mopub it will silently download from
https://www.npmjs.com/package/cordova-plugin-extension

Given users complaining their ads being stolen, Stay clear of this!
