Discussion: Readme maintenance

This issue has been made to discuss missing and broken data in the readme file.

The package network_info_plus is missing from the readme file (and the link to the repo in pub.dev page is missing).
Clicking on the link for android_alarm_manager_plus is redirects to 404 page.

Summary

Readme file needs to get another look and be updated with missing and broken data.
Packages should contain links to their repos.

In general it looks like a lot of work to maintain so many packages and some basic scripts should get written to check that

1. All needed repos exist in Readme
2. All packages contain a link to the repo on pub.dev
