Tutorial updates for next year (2025)

One note about updating to jammy:

Jammy is the first version of Ubuntu (to my knowledge) to have UCX installed by default. It comes with UCX 1.12. Since we have only tested DYAD with 1.13 and higher, this could cause problems. I am currently working on fixing this as part of #40, so it shouldn't be an issue for next year. Just wanted to include it here in case we run into issues with this in the future.
