Deleting application within UI does not delete the flux resources it created

When deleting an application in the UI, I would expect that all the resources it managed would be deleted, however, it does not seem to delete any flux resources it created, meaning the resources are not deleted from the cluster.

this is the current limitation yes.

we would implement some labels to the "flamingo-managed" resources to be automatically deleted if the application gets deleted. but this requires to implement a new controller.
