New default settings in 2.10.0

Which settings should change in 2.10.0 ?

I would like to collect suggestions for changes of default values for 2.10.0 (as we did in #1745 for 2.9.0)

Just like the last time, whenever you suggest some change, please also add a little explanation why you think that value should change.

The standard date format widely used is dd-mm-yyyy. I always used dd-mm-yyyy or yyyy-mm-dd. So, in my opinion, the month shouldn't be first by default. And we've several issues reported in FUI repo regarding the date starting with month and fixed them in the past, since JavaScript also has inconsistent results without specific fix while parsing the date starting with the month for different browsers. So, I think the value false would be less error prone for some default situations.

Current value: 'h:mm A'
New value: 'H:mm'

The 12h format is used by 18 out of 234 countries. However, those 18 countries share (m/b)illions of people, so i am a bit unsure about this change

Fomantic-UI should be safe and secure out of the box, and promote secure coding practices, as well as document them.

preserveHTML should be set as false by default. Developers should knowingly and purposefully set it to true, after they have considered the implications and made sure that the data they inject is indeed secure with strings properly escaped.
