Epidemiological Models to show Undergraduate Students

A Pluto notebook in Portuguese to give students an intuition on the ODE systems behind SIR epidemiological models.

It uses DifferentialEquations.jl, and sliders to show students how different parameters would impact in the number of individuals in the Susceptible, Exposed, Infected, Terminally-Ill and Dead.

It is an ongoing project at Universidade Nove de Julho in partnership with University of Liverpool and Columbia University, named CoDatMo (Covid Data Models). About the project can be found here and here.
