Introducing PlutoReport.jl

I've often used Pluto to make scientific reports for university lab, and also for talks and teaching.

Pluto's JavaScript interop allows you to go crazy with building interactivity. And all reports and talks should be interactive.

I made a package to add some widgets to Pluto leveraging PlutoUI.jl and Bibliography.jl which I think will be useful for reports and talks
