Request for other Settings in addition to OrgPreferenceSettings

Currently the only defined object under the "settings" key is the OrgPreferenceSettings object.

It would be really good if this could be extended to include all other settings types, for example AccountSettings, ActivitiesSettings and more. This would make it much more straightforward to produce scratch definition files, without sending org creation requests and awaiting server errors to try and guess what the converted values are (eg is => enabled), as well as which attributes are actually supported (eg LocalNames OrgPreferenceSetting is visible through Metadata API but seemingly not available in scratch definition).
