Convert glossary to spreadsheet for easier webpage integration and project management

Transferring the glossary into a spreadsheet format will help to

• reduce effort in formatting and format validation
• facilitate consistent terminology for cross-links
• link contributions consistently to contributors - maybe not for the website, but for top contributor stats :)
• keep link between English version and translations, so that references can be updated and versioning simplified (e.g., tracked whether an English v2 is already translated, or whether a specific translation is out of date)

For that, create an English master sheet with

• entry id
• title
• definition
• reference(s)
• related terms
  • split up into "see also" validated for linking and "related terms" that are not linked?
• drafted by
• reviewed/edited by
• version id

Translated sheets then contain:

• entry id
• translated title
• translated definition
• additional references
• translated by
• translation reviewed by
• version id
