Which components does the task require to be changed? (think hard pls)

Description

This is not backwards compatible change, either:

introduce a logic to do it based on scarb version
complete this task after versions of scarb supporting it are more commonly used

github-actions bot added the new label

cptartur added snforge maintenance and removed new labels
