We have rule elements (token image) that change tokens, which can be argued to be "purely cosmetic," so in a similar vein, I would like to request that "playing a sound" and "changing the actor portrait" be added as well.
The purpose of the sound is so we can have a sound play when a roll option toggle is activated for an action, for example. (Example: The druid roars as she changes into a bear.)
The portrait swap would be useful for a shapeshifting character in the same way as the token change is. (Example: The manananggal portrait changes from a villager to the frightening winged form after it separates from its torso. Only now do players realize what it really is.)
I didn't recognize these options when I looked to see if they exist, so I apologize if I am not fully understanding what is already available.
Thanks for reading, and thanks for all your work on the system.
