The following w3c issue describes the problem of the inaccurate frame seeking associated with the VideoElement.currentTime property.
This is causing rendering problems when we switch video tracks with different region-wise-packing metadata, since video decoding and rendering need to be perfectly in sync.
We solve this problem with 2 video elements which we use in alternating order when track switch happens.
