ToH: Switch to OpenWrt-ToH again #141

As discussed at #140, OpenWrt is ratelimiting the dump of ToH, resulting in broken builds.

As a fix, we introduced to host the ToH ourself.

As soon, as we found an upstream solution for this, we want to switch back to the upstream-only ToH.

There are also format issues with the file. I created a post in ther forum suggesting an additional JSON export so it would be easier to parse: https://forum.openwrt.org/t/table-of-hardware-additional-json-export/161927
