Gif not insert in Chrome #4805

Inserting a gif file does not work when using Win + .

Playback steps

open editor in Chrome browser
place cursor anywhere
press Win + .
select any gif file

Expected result: The gif file is inserted and plays

Actual result: Nothing happens

In Firefox this work good!

OS: Window 11
Browser: Chrome 127
