Can activation be triggered ?

Hi anybody,

nice plugin!

I have an issue here.. I deliver my plugin with a config file which is filled with values on activation. Using package-updater, the config will be overwritten with default values until the webmaster goes to 'Settings' and hits 'save'.

Is it possible to trigger activation when updating ?
