Я добиваю свой перевод #3 (не прошло и года), Мне кажется сообществу стоит сделать форк https://github.com/swlaschin/fsharpforfunandprofit.com, чтобы не заморачиваться со ссылками и т.п. Авось со временем подъедут и другие серии.
