Ability to drag & drop (multiple) attachments into information pages instead of navigating to "Attachments" and then performing "Browse -> Open -> Save" for each attachment.

as we now rely on the wagtail choosers for images and documents, this is already supported where we are using the choosers. Unfortunately, we currently can't use the document chooser for attachements (tracked in #232, so closing this issue)
