In OpenRefine I need to select the character encoding when creating the project. I know BatchRefine is assuming UTF-8 by default but I couldn't find any documentation about how to specify another encoding in BatchRefine. Can I set a more specific header like
Content-Type: text/csv; charset=ISO-8859-1
instead?
