如题，LipUI需要为开发者开发、打包和发布Lip插件提供便利。具体UI设计可以对每个功能设置一个子选项卡，或者将部分有关联的功能进行整合。
目前想法中需要拥有的功能：

Lip插件创建GUI #18
用可视化方式提供lip init的功能。界面设计尽量简洁清晰
Lip插件信息维护GUI（？）
可以可视化地修改tooth.json，有列表显示插件依赖并可以GUI形式添加、删除依赖
Lip插件打包与测试GUI
