Show the fraction of events that a module was run

At HLT not all modules run in every event.
The JSON files keep track of this, but the information is not used by the web interface.

The most straightforward way to show this information seems to be to add a column to the table.

It could also be used to undo the normalisation of the resources, e.g. to give an approximation of what could happen running every module on every event.
