Support adding or changing properties to the Service after its creation

Use case: in zwave we don't always have all the information at startup, especially for new nodes. So we get a message NodeNaming only after some time ("some time" being quite different depending on the devices) when this information is ready.

I'll try and add a method to the AdapterManager for this purpose. This won't be very fast, as we we'll need to lock the in-memory db, but that's probably not a problem.

@julienw Can this wait until Decentralized Taxonomy has landed?
