cloudflare 那邊應該預設要改成直接 CNAME 或是 A 到原 IP ，而不是用 Proxy 的方法
這邊可能先請村長 @clkao 先手動改一下 vote.ly.g0v.tw 直接 bypass 不要過 proxy

目前我只有開發到從 cloudflare 把設定 dump 出來到 github 這個階段
還沒有做好 github 的設定要更新到 cloudflare 去
