It would be possible to upload this emulator to the App Store?

Hello, I’m asking this simple question because I can’t in any way possible to do this on my Apple Watch, I don’t have a Mac so I can’t use this emulator but I would love to at least try it on my Apple Watch….I thought it would be something impossible to me but now, Apple said that emulators is something completely ok to upload on the App Store, with that I think it would be possible now to upload this emulator to the App Store so Apple Watch users could easily download it without any problem, Delta emulator uses rom and Apple seems to be fine with that, so I’m asking if you guys could consider to do that, I would love to try this emulator on my Apple Watch, see if it is possible to upload it to the App Store now!
