Bounty success screen Bounty creation success screen missing #109 23.09.2024

Description:

After creating a bounty the success screen won't be shown for the user

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the bounty setup
  2. fill the mandatory fields up
  3. Submit the bounty
  4. No success screen will be shown and the buttons are missing also

Expected behavior: Success screen will be displayed for the user

Retested on 01.10.2024, and it is fixed now.
